The Housing Authorities of the City and County of Waukesha will be closing the waiting list for all rent assistance programs effective May 15, 2013, until further notice. These programs include, Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher, Public Housing all bedroom sizes, Saratoga Heights, and all other programs requiring a voucher. All parties interested in being placed on our waiting list (we have no immediate housing) must fill out an application - NO LATER THAN 4:30PM Tuesday May 14, 2013.No applications will be accepted after this date.Our office is located at 600 Arcadian Avenue, Waukesha, WI. Our office hours are: Monday thru Friday, 8:00AM to 12:30PM and 1:30PM to 4:30PM

Of course, the length of the waiting time depends upon available funding, program turnover and eligibility of applicants. You will be notified by mail when your name reaches the top of the list. Applicants are responsible for notifying the Waukesha Housing Authority in 'Writing' when changes occur in their household. These changes include:

Change of address

Change of household composition

Change of income

First, I apologize if this has been widely discussed. I haven't kept up with the forum in quite a while.
I first looked at buying a GMT Master II in steel w/ black bezel new at my local AD back around New Year's. It was in stock, but I chose to put off the purchase. Then I decided to pull the trigger around Easter, but there was a waitlist. I was told up to a month at that time. Of course, I decided not to put down a deposit and just wait to try again... stupid me. Now, they are saying the waitlist is a year!
What's going on? Is there a worldwide shortage? I'm in Norway, btw...
